Acquired, implemented and configured a new Pulsar360 hosted VoIP phone system to replace their 25 year old PBX.

24/7 server monitoring and helpdesk support for a 35 user architect firm. SonicWALL appliances used to facilitate a 24/7 encrypted tunnel between Long Beach (Main Office), Chicago (and St Thomas Is.) to allow client to collaborate on all their AutoCAD / Revit projects. Maintaining a multi-server (primary/secondary domain controller) environment and recently acquired equipment to setup an onsite office at a hotel rebuild project on St Thomas Island.

24/7 server monitoring, patching with remote and onsite PC support for a 10 user office. In the beginning of 2018 the clients server and onsite backup appliance were water damaged by a leaking roof. The disaster recovery solution in place allowed me to get them running in the cloud in less than an hour while new server equipment was shipped. Recently I helped broker a new ISP circuit to get the client upgraded from a 30Meg point to point to a 200Meg fiber.

24/7 network, server and PC monitoring. Scheduled monthly visits for updates, maintenance and reactionary items. ESXi hosted server VMs, Office 365 mailboxes and managed WiFi network for hotel hospitality services and restaurant Point of Sale tablets and credit card reader. With this being a true 24/7 environment many of their software updates and upgrades were completed between midnight and 6AM (from restaurant closing to early guest check-out).
